FormAgri was founded on the experience of its founding partners within Agricultural Technical Institutes, with the aim of reducing the gap between school-based education and the world of work. The rapid evolution of skills demanded by the market often makes traditional curricula insufficient to fully prepare young people for professional challenges. For this reason, FormAgri offers targeted training pathways, recognized certifications, and hands-on company experiences, supporting students and young professionals in developing concrete skills that can be immediately applied in the job market.
The Association also supports companies in strengthening managerial skills, adopting innovative technologies, and integrating digital and Artificial Intelligence tools to improve efficiency, sustainability, and competitiveness.
FormAgri also promotes the values of Made in Italy in the agricultural, agri-food, food & wine, and tourism sectors, fostering collaboration among institutions, associations, and companies to create concrete opportunities and support the comprehensive and responsible growth of society.
